Bethesda Urban Partnership announced this week the restaurants for this year’s Taste of Bethesda.
The event, which will take place Oct. 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., will feature nearly 50 restaurants, including newcomers Community, George’s Chophouse, Medium Rare and TapaBar.
The street festival takes place on Norfolk, St. Elmo, Cordell, Del Ray and Auburn avenues in Woodmont Triangle in downtown Bethesda.
In addition to the food stations, there will be five entertainment stages with bands such as Chopteeth, Hayley Fahey Band, Lea Morris and Band of Us. There will also be a children’s area with arts and craft activities and face painting.
Taste of Bethesda admission is free. Visitors can buy four food tickets for $5. Tickets can be used to buy food and drinks from any vendors.
